Ingredients
(8)
Pasta of any kind
2 cans of tuna in water
2 eggs
0.5 red onion
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Half a pot of dill
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
Tuna pasta
Super simple recipe that goes well when pasta leftovers have been handed over. The tuna scramble is just as good with pasta as on bread and is better to eat cold than hot. It is therefore excellent to take on excursions.
Time: 20 minutes | 4 servings
Do this
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled.
2. Finely chop the red onion and chop the dill a little lightly. Then mix red onion, dill, tuna and mayonnaise.
When the pasta and eggs are cooked, chop the eggs into small pieces and mix everything together in a bowl and serve!
A light lunch when time runs out. This mixture also goes well with slices and is then placed in a flatbread roll to then cut into suitable pieces. If taco plates left over from this weekend's taco night, it fits just as well there with a little salad and cucumber.
Simple but versatile recipe!
