300 g vermicelli spaghetti  ​

400 g minced meat

1.5 yellow onions

1-2 tablespoons rapeseed oil

1 can crushed tomato, preferably with herbs

1 dl sun-dried tomato

2 dl feta cheese cubes

2 dl cooking cream

1 meat broth

2 dl grated cheese

2 cream Black pepper

2 krm Paprika powder

2 krm Basilica

Spaghetti stew

Simple everyday food that can be tossed together quickly. Made from, among other things, good vermicelli pasta, minced meat and cheese.

Time: 15 + 20 minutes (35 min)   |   4-6 servings

Do this

Set the oven to 240 degrees.

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, about 4-5 min.

2. Chop the onion and fry in an oiled frying pan until the onion has taken on a little color.

Now brown the minced meat until cooked through.

4. Add crushed tomato, sun-dried tomato, black pepper, paprika powder and basil. Also pour in 2-3 dl of water and a meat broth. Let boil for a few minutes.

5. Remove the meat sauce from the heat and then add the cooking cream and feta cheese cubes and stir gently.

Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes or until the surface has taken on a little color.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions.

Fry chopped onion in oil until golden brown.

Fry minced meat until well done and then add crushed tomato, sun-dried tomatoes, black pepper, paprika powder and basil. Then add water and meat broth and cook for a few minutes.

Now stir in the cooking cream and feta cheese cubes and mix gently.

Now stir in the cooked pasta and mix well.

Stir the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the surface has a nice color.
