Pasta (optional variety)

75 g sour cream  

3 cloves of garlic  

100 g mozzarella

3 tomatoes  ​

1 tbsp oregano

0.5 pot of fresh basil

1 tablespoon honey

Salt  ​

Pepper  

Pasta with tomato, mozzarella and basil

A creamy pasta made from fresh tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. The positive thing about dishes like this is that they can be easily adapted to ingredients that are already at home. This is a variant to start from.

Time: 20 minutes  |   4 servings

Do this

1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. ​

2. Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces and place them in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat and then add the crushed garlic, oregano and honey. Let simmer for as long as the pasta boils.

After a while, add creme fraiche, fresh basil and season with salt and pepper.  

 

4. Cut the mozzarella into smaller pieces and now add the mozzarella and the cooked pasta with the rest of the ingredients and stir until the mozzarella has started to melt. Serve topped with fresh basil.
