Bread pudding with apple and cinnamon
Bread pudding is an old recipe that needs to be reintroduced in our homes. A perfect dessert that can be quickly tossed together with the help of bread that is getting old. It fits even better if you happen to have both apples and bread that you do not want to throw away! This variant is reminiscent of a mix between poor knights and apple pie.
