1 kg of apple

0.5 dl water

5 dl sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Apple sauce

This is how easy it is to create your own apple puree. Perfect when apples have been handed over or in the autumn has given a large apple harvest. It usually lasts for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator or up to a year in the freezer.

Time: 20 min   |   4 servings

Do this

Peel all the apples and cut them into small pieces.

2. Pour the apple pieces into a saucepan and pour over the water. Bring to a boil over low heat.

3. When the apples have started to soften, add sugar and cinnamon. Stir well and bring to the boil again.

4. Remove the cooked apples from the heat and mix with a hand mixer to the desired result. Clear!

Serving suggestions: Serve, for example, on plates or as a filling in muffins. Also suitable for ice cream!
